I didn't feel like leaving and will definitely visit place for next time. The hotel was located near to other restaurants as well as downtown.

The staff was absolutely rude.

I was happy with hotel's good location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was near other restaurants, and downtown. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Red Lobster that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

I didn't find restaurant, so was a little disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. the location was ideal, with downtown only a short distance away. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying its attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch. From the comfortable seating area to the heating options, I felt like I was in a luxurious setting. The free toiletries and the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock were also thoughtful additions.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very old, run down, air condition did not work. For what you got it was way to much money

Offered shuttle to downtown Indy for the same rate as taxis. Free wifi was a surprise.

This hotel is a dump. The front desk staff are rude and the rooms are very dated. We brought our own bedding to use!

the towels were stained. There must be iron in water the tub was yellowed. The heater worked buttons hard to press. Our room definitely needs to be updated. The master lock would not turn we only had a chain for security. Double plugs we could not use our plugs kept falling out. They need to update this motel! .

I had a great stay at this hotel thanks to its convenient location close to downtown and easy access to transportation. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The AC worked well and provided a refreshing environment. Plus, the presence of nearby dining options like Waffle House and McDonald's made it convenient for a quick bite. The location, near major highways, was also a plus for us. I would recommend this hotel based on our positive experience.

The two free bottles of water in the room were nice and the location was central to many restaurants and shops. the free parking was also a plus.

The room was poorly maintained with dirty walls and stained towels. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.
